The Process

  • You can start by determining your exhibition needs and requirements.
  • Have a good look through our packages.
  • Either choose one that is ideal for your needs or…pick one that is closest and advise how you would like it adapted.
  • Download the relevant PDF brochure and check the details and options available for the chosen package taking note of our terms and conditions. If an adaption is required we will produce a revised design and contract
  • Send us a mail with your choice or give us a call.
  • We will then drop your artwork in and make any adjustments to the layout you require.
  • Confirm the design and layout.
  • Let us take over the project from then on including dealing with your artwork agency or sourcing of accessories for the stand.

On show day you just need to arrive and move on with the help of one of our project staff.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • All items, with the exception of the printed graphic materials, are on hire and remain the Property of HOTT 3 Dimensional Marketing cc.
  • Terms of Payment are full payment upfront. No production will commence until the payment has been received.
  • At least 10 working days’ notice is required from order to Installation.
  • The Prices quoted include those items listed only. Additional items are subject to additional cost.
  • All prices quoted are for Cape Town projects only. Out of Cape Town projects are subject to additional logistics costs.
  • Where graphic printing is included, this cost does not include the makeup of graphic artwork. Should you require this service our in-house design studio can provide this at an additional cost.
  • Prices quoted include hire of all said items, production of graphic panels, transport to and from site, installation and dismantling and 1 call out per show.
  • The cost of hiring electrical supply from the show organisers is excluded from the cost.
  • All our electrics are plug and play viz: either store bought or wired by an electrician. No Electrical Certificate of Compliance is required. H3D will supply on demand the COC for the equipment used on all our stands.
  • H3D- HOTT3D carries Public Liability Insurance as per the Health and Safety Regulations pertaining to our industry and the various venues that host such events.
  • H3D- HOTT3D will liaise directly with organisers with regards to submission of plans as required as well as submission of Health and Safety Documents as required.
